The house is a smoking free zone. No pets allowed.
The comfortable breakfast room/ lounge can be used at all times.
2 refrigerators, TV, radio.
Ski and hiking bus transfers to St. Anton and back are included. The bus stop is 50m away.
The distance to the lifts of St. Anton is 5 km away, 4 minutes by bus.
Heated ski room with boot warmers.
Plenty of parking directly at the hose, garage on demand.
Only applicable in the summer: 2 sun terraces, lawn, deck chairs,
table tennis/ football. Free use of the garage for bikers.
Deposit is also the cancelation fee. The Austrian Hotel contract conditions apply in the case of empty beds in
